Return Policy
At PawPalace, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at BrieannaSpanski7@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in their original packaging
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact us at BrieannaSpanski7@icloud.com to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case PawPalace will cover the return shipping.
