At PawPalace, we strive to get your pet's favorite products to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping (US): 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 3–5 business days
- International Shipping: 14–30 business days depending on destination
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35
- Standard shipping on orders under $35: $4.99
- Expedited shipping: calculated at checkout
- International shipping: calculated at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on our Track Order page.
Delays
While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions. PawPalace is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
